What did you use for insulation on the beer line? I'm getting ready to do a very similar project...

@Zach:
1) that's why i put insulation on the line. (added after the photo above was taken)
2) that's why i kept the line as short as possible (it's only like 3 feet or so)
3) that's how every setup will be unless it has a chilled line run, which is what we had in the bar i worked at, but even then, the first pull off the tap was always foam until you cleared the line of the old beer.

my first beer of the night, has maybe half foam out of a pint, if that. after that, it is fine, since the beer in that short run of insulated line can't warm up faster than i can keep drinking and pulling fresh beer from inside the keg.

even if i did run a chilled line with a blower from the fridge (which is how we did it at the bar i worked at) it would save me a few ounces of foam, at the most. not enough to justify the cost/hassle of trying to build the chilled line run, or drilling an even bigger hole int he fridge making it less efficient than it already is.

From your setup it looks like you will have foamy beer. Since the line leading to the tap is our of the frigde the beer in the line is warmer that the beer in the fridge which will lead to foam until all the warm beer is removed from the line.
